Spurs ‘Interested’ in Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele

Ndombele is a strong midfielder who enjoyed a good season at Lyon, ergo the club made his loan spell permanent. Lyon are not interested in selling the player. Tottenham are said to be watching the him. Pochettino likes the tough, forward thinking player. Uncertainty still exists around Moussa Dembele’s future at the North London club and Ndombele has emerged as a surprise replacement for the Belgian. Spurs have not yet made any approach to Lyon. Statistically, Ndombele was one of the top performers for his position in Ligue One last season.
