Hernandez – Sky are reporting the deal for Javier Hernandez to join London-based West Ham United is just down to a medical, which should be completed by Tuesday.
Smalling – The Star, The Express, and The Sun are all reporting that a £10m move for Chris Smalling is coming from West Brom.
Bony – Wilfried Bony is reportedly on the verge of signing a deal to return to Welsh side Swansea as reported by ESPN FC. The Manchester City player is not figuring into Guardiola’s plans, so a move must be welcomed at this point.
Keita – Liverpool are making a last-ditch effort to sign Naby Keita from RB Leipzig. Recent reports suggest the deal would be £75m, with £40m to be paid initially. The player does have a release clause, but it might not be a factor until next year.
Toljan – The Sun are reporting that Tottenham are close to signing Jeremy Toljan from Hoffenheim of Bundesliga. The full-back would be a welcome addition to Spurs, especially to compete with Kieran Trippier at right-back.
